Latest News Update on Ann-Marie Saccurato

(JAN 13) [By Sue TL fox] WBAN got an opportunity to meet up with former  multi-world champion Ann-Marie Saccurato this week, to catch up
on what she has been up to as of late. I had the pleasure of doing some media coverage at a training camp a couple of years ago in California, and being able to see Saccurato in action as a coach working with amateur and pro boxers. I spoke to Saccurato about what she is doing “in” and “out” of the ring.

Saccurato said the following:

I  currently live in Delray Beach, Florida with my partner, INBF Figure Pro Lia Brocking. I am still training as hard as ever but focusing on my business (Triple Threat Training Systems), and building my name and training business, as well as my public/motivational speaking career. After years of having an extremely successful training business in New York, with a waiting list of clients, I wanted to grow and expand and work
with and alongside the best in the industry so I moved to Florida where I now run my business primarily out of The Institute of Human Performance. This is an incredible opportunity for me as it is owned by my mentor in training and my performance coach for all my World Title fights, world enowned performance coach, Juan Carlos Santana.

I am a performance coach/trainer certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. I am also a Certified Functional Training Specialist, an MMA CSCC (Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach), & SBT Training Systems certified. I work with teens, elite level & professional athletes, general population, and figure/bodybuilding competitors.

I take the athlete to where they need to be to perform better, get competition or fight ready, and/or to work on areas of weakness within their body. I work with them on neuromuscular adaptation, movement patterns, creating core stiffness and muscular synergy, training their muscles to be long & strong to fire with greater strength, have greater force production (along with creating core stiffness), and decrease their risk of
injury.

I also take them in training (physically and mentally), to where they want to take their opponents in competition. All training is done with a purpose, every movement has a reason & proper progression, we work through all pillars of movement and ranges of motion, and every training phase has an end result I am looking to attain from my client.

I also work with teams and groups. Along with my physical training business I also provide mentoring (mental strength & conditioning). I work with athletes and general population on reating mental toughness, and for the athlete, especially a boxer, that is critical. Being able to handle and deal with pressures, adversity, ego, reactions, fear, lack of purpose, and so much more will make or break not just a boxer or any athlete, but any individual from general population to the corporate mogul. And, to be able to tie in coaching someone on the physical and mental creates a whole new life for that individual, and makes them unstoppable.

Outside of what I do as a performance coach/trainer, I am also a public/motivational speaker. All of my life I knew I was meant for more, I knew I was meant to inspire people and share what I have inside me, and now I am. I have been a speaker for WBC Cares & Athletes For Hope for the past few years, and I also have done many speaking engagements as an independent speaker for many schools, including Fordham University, and have had the opportunity to speak at the world famous Biltmore Hotel in Miami. I speak on mental toughness…overcoming adversity, not
just believing in yourself but knowing, the power of will, having a purpose and having expectations, as well as sharing my story and offering inspiration to every individual in the room.

Saccurato can be contacted at  teamsaccurato@hotmail.com  or  triplethreatts@gmail.com  for individual training, training camps, or speaking engagements. You can also see her on Facebook or at either of her two business pages: Ann-Marie Saccurato & Triple Threat Training Systems.
