(AUG 13) Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino hosted the Fifth annual Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame Awards dinner last night, former Female Boxer Lucia Rijker was inducted with boxing legends like Michael and Leon Spinks, Tommy Hearns, Michael Carbajal, Erik Morales and, Richie Sandoval.
Rijker fought in the 1980s-1990s and was frequently dubbed as ” The Most Dangerous Women in the World, ” Rijker’s kickboxing record was 37-0-1 with 25 Knockouts before transitioning to boxing, her boxing record is 17-0,14 KOs. Former Champion and boxing legend Laura Serrano present Rijker with the award.
Sue "TL" Fox, Multi-Hall of Famer, award-winning pioneer boxer rated #1 in the world in 1979, and creator/founder of WBAN™. She was named in the Feb. 2012 Commemorative issue of Ring Magazine as one of the Top-Ten Most Influential female boxers of all time. Since its inception on the Internet 27 plus years ago, WBAN has become the world’s leading authority for resource and information in female boxing. Fox outside the
